T’ai Chi Chih is a moving meditation, a gentle exercise, a series of non-strenuous movements. Its purpose is to circulate and balance the energy (chi) of the body. It can be done by almost anyone and is a way to relieve stress, increase energy, and massage the internal organs. Try it. You'll like it! Through an active exploration of the creative nature of thoughts and feelings, beliefs and emotions, students have an opportunity to gain mastery in the art of living as conscious, intentional beings. | 7-9:30 pm “Mind-Body Connection” class taught by Practitioner Rev. Liz Luoma. This UCRS accredited course is designed to give the student a greater understanding of the mind-body connection and the important role consciousness plays in the healing process. This class is a clear, step-by-step process that begins with Principle, deals with the emotional issues surrounding the body, gives emphasis to effective prayer, unlearning old concepts of duality and disease, and even practical considerations such as locating health professionals who support your belief system. This class is ideal for the beginner or the advanced student who desires a deeper understanding of physical healing. For more information, please call Rev. Liz at 714-478-9561.
