11:30 am  All-Congregation Visioning  Rev. David will be conducting visioning sessions every first Sunday of the month, beginning June 4 . Right after the morning service, those who wish to participate in this creative process for all of our HBCRS programs will meet in the Sanctuary. The session will last approximately 30-35 minutes.

6-7 pm T’ai Chi Chih on-going class for beginners. Room 205 (upstairs). Everyone is welcome at any class — just show up! Experience joy through movement with facilitator Camilla Gartland. T’ai Chi Chih is a moving meditation, a gentle exercise, a series of non-strenuous movements. Its purpose is to circulate and balance the energy (chi) of the body. It can be done by almost anyone and is a way to relieve stress, increase energy, and massage the internal organs. Try it. You'll like it! The Indigo Evolution movie poster 7 pm  Spiritual Cinema presents the film The Indigo Evolution. Come view this feature documentary exploring the Indigo children phenomenon through interviews with experts, Indigo kids, and parents. The Indigo Evolution takes us through the origins of the concept of this unique evolution in human history, exploring the implications and potential of this challenging and inspiring new group of humans. 1-4pm Self-Mastery class taught by Practitioners Madelyn Fielding and Pauline Tedford. This UCRS accredited course focuses on healing the perceived separation between personality and Spirit. Through an active exploration of the creative nature of thoughts and feelings, beliefs and emotions, students have an opportunity to gain mastery in the art of living as conscious, intentional beings. 7-9:30 pm Mind-Body Connection class taught by Practitioner Rev. Liz Luoma. This UCRS accredited course is designed to give the student a greater understanding of the mind-body connection and the important role consciousness plays in the healing process. This class is a clear, step-by-step process that begins with Principle, deals with the emotional issues surrounding the body, gives emphasis to effective prayer, unlearning old concepts of duality and disease, and even practical considerations such as locating health professionals who support your belief system. This class is ideal for the beginner or the advanced student who desires a deeper understanding of physical healing. For more information, please call Rev.
